Gary Lee Neidige age 56 of Emison formerly of Washington passed away Sunday morning at his residence. He was born on November 25,1950 in Washington to Robert and Irene (Madden) Neidige. He attended Washington Catholic High School, was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, and was a member of the Washington Saddle Club. Surviving are his wife Barbara (Rinehart) Neidige whom he married on April 6, 2005; two sons, Gary E. Neidige of Washington and Robert Neidige of Seymour; three daughters, Therese Neidige of Washington, Dawnyell Neidige of Bedford, and Cassie Neidige of Washington; one step son Donnie Cato of Florida; one step daughter Cynthia Cato of Florida; his parents Robert and Irene Neidige of Washington; one brother David Neidige of Plainville; five grandchildren; and five step grandchildren. Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Ed Lee Mortuary in Washington with Father Gordon Mann officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
