Dorothy M. Booth age 84 of Washington passed away 6:45 pm on Wednesday at Eastgate Manor Nursing Home. She was born on June 19, 1923 in Daviess County to James and Olive May (Clark) Bateman. She was a 1942 graduate of Washington High School and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Jackie McDaniel of Lawrenceburg, In. and Becky Wise of Newburgh, New York; one son Michael Jerrell of Livermore, Ca.; six grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. She was the last of her family. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday at Sugarland Memory Gardens with Rev. Jack Haskins officiating. Burial will follow in Sugarland Memory Gardens.
