Doris A. Morgan age 73 of Washington passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Hillside Manor.

Doris was born April 1, 1947 in Dundee, IL to Frank and Mildred (Bridgewater) Lukens. She graduated from Bridgeport High School in 1965. Doris retired from Tolkien and had also worked at Perdue Processing Plant for many years. She was a member of Bethany Christian Church. Doris liked playing Bingo but her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband Arthur Morgan whom she married August, 1, 1969; daughter Virginia Thurman of Washington; brother Darrell Lukens of Mattoon, IL; sister Alice (Jim) Zwilling of Olney; four grandchildren Christian Killion, Brock Thurman, Tasha Nash, Bailey Nash and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter Lori Nash; brother Harold Lukens and three sisters Mary Rice, Virginia Lukens and Judy Crowe.

Visitation will be Monday, June 22, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Ed Lee Mortuary North Chapel. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Ed Lee Mortuary North Chapel with Pastor Tom Watson officiating. Burial will follow at Bicknell Cemetery.
