Donna J. Lee age 63 of Washington passed away at 9:27 PM on Thursday at Daviess Community Hospital. She was born on January 29, 1944 in Washington to Donald and Virginia ( Steele) Green. She was a member of Washington First Christian Church and spent many hours making and painting ceramics. She loved spending her spare time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Steve Lee whom she married on May 26, 1962; one daughter and son in-law, Tammy and David Wallace of Newburgh; one son, Steve Lee of Washington, one sister and brother in-law, Judy and Robert Kluesner of Vincennes; five grandchildren, Brittany Brown of Chandler, Lauren Wallace and Andrew Wallace both of Newburgh, Whitney Lee of Montgomery, and Alissa Lee of Washington; three great grandchildren, Jacob Wallace, Emalee Brown and Kaleb Brown all of Chandler, and Addison Wallace of Newburgh; and special friends, Sue McAtee and Norma Wallace both of Washington. She was preceded in death by her Parents and her grandparents who adopted and raised her, Luther and Helen Steele. Funeral services will be on Monday at 11:00 AM at Ed Lee Mortuary with Steve Dayton officiating with burial to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
