Debra Debbie'' Brothers, age 59, of Washington, passed away at 2:18 AM on Monday, June 20, 2016, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on October 29, 1956 in Washington to Wilber B. and Sara (Cockerham) Stilwell. She attended Winslow High School and was a member of the Washington Conservation Club. Debbie loved shopping and interacting with people of all ages. She and her husband Ron enjoyed participated in car shows. Debbie is survived by her husband, Ronald Brothers whom she married November 4, 1972; one daughter, Tabitha Willis of Cato; one grandson, Danton Willis of Washington; her mother, Sara Stilwell of Winslow; two sisters, Annette Stilwell Sharp of Winslow and Tina Stilwell Matthews (Roger) of Otwell; one brother, Kevin Stilwell of Winslow; and a loving poodle named Ted E. Bear. She was preceded in death by an infant son; and her father Wilber Stilwell. Funeral services will be at 2 PM on Friday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Yvonne Evans officiating.
