David H. Walls, age 72 of Washington, passed away at 4:07 PM on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at his home.

He was born in Washington on February 11, 1945 to Harold and Fannie (Adams) Walls. He had retired from Graham Cheese and was a member of Trinity Gospel Tabernacle Church. He enjoyed coon hunting, fishing and rides through the country.

He is survived by his wife Linda (Goble) Walls, whom he married October 24, 1964; two sons, Tracy (Leni) Walls of Washington and Rodney Walls of Washington; three daughters, Pam (Jim) Burton of Mt. Vernon, Paula (Roy) Hall of Vincennes and Stacy (Sam) Kellar of Washington; three sisters, Dorothy Foster of Washington, Marilyn Mathis of Washington and Arvilla Thompson of Plainfield; sixteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, David Eugene Walls; brothers, Gene Walls, Paul Walls and Kenny Walls; sister, Donna Walls and one nephew.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 PM on Monday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Rev James Myers officiating. Burial will follow in St John Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM on Monday at Ed Lee Mortuary.
