Daniel J Meinhart, age 48 of Washington passed from this life into eternal life in the evening hours on Monday, May 26, 2025, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. He was born on April 17,1977 in Washington to Timothy and Zoe (Vinson) Meinhart
Dan had worked for Indian Black Water on a Drilling Rig. He enjoyed camping, kayaking, and doing anything mechanical.
Those left to mourn dan's passing include; his companion, Amy Burton of Washington; his children, Damien Ray Meinhart of Washington, Mackenzie (Sunny) Singh of Plainville, Alex Wagler of Washington, Corey Hovis of Washington and Kyle Hovis of Washington; grandchildren, Dawson Meinhart of Washington, Willow Meinhart of Washington, Asher Gray of Washington, Karanveer Singh of Plainville, Carson Hovis of Washington, and Makaveli Garcia of Washington; his father, Tim Meinhart; sisters, Amanda (Joe) Roy.
Dan mourned the loss of his mother, Zoe Meinhart.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 AM on Friday, May 30, 2025 at Ed L Lee Mortuary 620 East Viola Avenue in Washington with Pastor Brad rainy officiating. Burial will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery in Petersburg.
Visitation will be from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Friday at Ed L Lee Mortuary.
