Cleo A. (Alford) Brochin age 86 of Washington passed away at 5:40 AM on Tuesday at Eastgate Manor Nursing Center. She was born January 24, 1921 in Washington to Thomas E. and Rose A. (Kidwell) Alford. She was a Member of St Mary Catholic Church. Surviving are her husband Carl E. Brochin whom she married on June 3, 1940; Two daughters and sons in-law, Susie and Gilles Paradis of Scottsdale, Az and Mary Jean and Brent Kellams of Winslow; two sons and daughter in-law, Jerry Lee and Sofia Brochin of Lytle, Tx and Joseph M. Brochin of Stendal; one sister, Rose Theroff of Washington; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters, Sarah M. Webber, Lorena Walker, and Dorothy Chastain; and three brothers, James Alford, Richard Alford, and William Alford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday at 12:00 noon at St. Mary Catholic Church with Father Gordon Mann as celebrant. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 8 PM at Ed Lee Mortuary with a wake service at 4:00 PM and Friday from 11:00 to 11:45 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church.
