In loving memory of Claudia Ann (Beatty) Edwards who passed away April 14, 2024. She was born in Washington, August 12, 1945, the daughter of Elizabeth "Sis" (Backes) Beatty-McLemore.

Claudia was the devoted wife of Jerry Edwards, who passed away in 2014. She was the loving mother of Scotty Edwards, Brian (Lisa) Edwards, Lori (Tim) Garcia, Troy (Diane) Edwards, and Trudy (Travis) Walls. Claudia was the proud grandmother of Jake Spalding, Kelsey (Josh) Siegel, Jordan (Krista) Spalding, Justin (Jackie) Spalding, Tyler (Brittney) Walls, Lexi Spalding, Taryn Walls, Taylor (Trenton) Walls, Montana Edwards, and Logan Garcia.

Claudia was an excellent mom. She was supportive, kind, hilarious, and witty. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
Her children want all to know they were blessed and grateful to have her as their source of inspiration, guidance and love. Knowing she will always be in their hearts; they want her to now rest in peace.

Claudia is survived by four of her children, ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Additionally, she leaves a sister, Nancy Allison.

Claudia knew the heartbreak of loss at the passing of her mother, Elizabeth "Sis" (Backes) Beatty-McLemore; her husband, Jerry Edwards; son, Scotty Edwards; and grandchild, Massie Edwards.

Visitation for Claudia Ann (Beatty) Edwards will be 4:00-6:00 pm, Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary, 620 East Viola Avenue, Washington.
