Cindy Burger, age 58, of Washington, passed away at 5:10 AM on Wednesday at Daviess Community Hospital. She was born on November 12, 1953 in North Carolina to Jack and Delores (Rodgers) Winslade. She was a volunteer for RSVP. She is survived by her husband, Tony Burger whom she married on July 1, 1978; and one brother, Bill Winslade of Friendwood, Texas She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will at 9:00 AM on Saturday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Father Gordon Mann and Yvonne Evans. Burial will follow in Sugarland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 5 to 7 pm on Friday at Ed Lee Mortuary.
