Cheryl A. Minniear, age 59 of Bloomington, passed away at 2:56 PM on Monday at her home.

She was born in Linton on July 29, 1958 to Henry and Lois (Whaley) Pearson. She graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1978 and had worked for Indiana University for the past 36 years.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Minniear; her mother Lois Pearson of Bloomfield; two sisters, Rita Pearson of Bloomington and Pam Bush of Bloomfield; and one brother Leon Pearson of Bloomfield.

She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Pearson; and one brother, Roger Pearson.

Graveside services will be at 11 AM on Thursday at Surgarland Memory Gardens with Pam Bush officiating.

There will be no visitation.
