Catherine "Cathy" L Kirkpatrick, age 54, of Painesville Twp. OH, passed away at her residence Monday, July 13, 2015. She was born January 5, 1961 in Washington, Indiana to Paul "Pete" and Phyllis (Sebring) Mandabach. Cathy had worked at Case Western Reserve University and had attended St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Mentor. Surviving are her husband of 25 years, James, daughter, Catrina Glass, granddaughter, Christa Jones, mother, Phyllis Mandabach, brothers; JD (Denise) Mandabach and Terry (Kate Mary) Mandabach. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul "Pete" Mandabach. Memorial service will be celebrated Saturday, August 15 at 12:30 p.m. at Ed Lee Mortuary with burial to follow in St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, August 15 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at Ed Lee Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 8560 Mentor Ave., Mentor, OH 44060.
