Carolyn (Cooper) Hardy, 80, passed away peacefully, October 19, 2023, at her Winter Haven, Florida, home with her daughter by her side. She was born in Washington on August 16, 1943, to Chester and Helen (McCord) Cooper. On February 6, 1998, she married Kenneth Harold Hardy. He preceded her in death on April 12, 2014.

Carolyn owned and operated the Carousel Beauty Salon and was an accomplished hair stylist. She was very active in the St. Mary Catholic Church. Carolyn later made her home in Bicknell with her husband, and then in Winter Haven with her daughter, Carrie.

Left to cherish Carolyn's memory is her daughter, Carrie (Mullen) Soderquist of Winter Haven, Florida, as well as three siblings: Charlotte Drew of Jasper; Cheryl Hedrick of Copperas Cove, Texas; and Chris Cooper of Washington.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Helen Cooper, her husband, Kenneth Hardy, and her son, Bobby Mullen.
