Carol Ann Wise, age 60 of Washington, passed away at 6:08 AM on Thursday June 9, 2016, at Eastgate Manor. She was born on March 14, 1956 in Washington to Fred Wise and Betty (Rogers) Wise. She was a 1975 graduate of Washington High School and had a way of relating with animals. She was a Member of the Washington First Baptist Church. Carol is survived by her mother, Betty Wise of Washington; her father, Freddie Wise Sr. of Washington; two sisters, Linda Wise of Washington and Sandra Heymann of Washington; two brothers, Freddie Wise Jr. of Lebanon , Ohio and Alan F. Wise of Bloomington.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death one brother, Philip K. Wise Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM on Saturday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Pastor Tim Baxter officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
