Bonnie L. Chesser, age 81, went to her heavenly home Saturday, November 15 4:30 a.m. at Prairie Village Nursing Center. She was born March 19, 1933 in Vincennes to Marie (Bowman) and Virgil Lankford. She married Kenneth Jones Ramsey on September 19, 1951. He passed away April 21, 1991. She then married Loren "Woody" Chesser on April 18, 1992 and he passed away May 15, 2001. She is survived by one son, Kenneth James Ramsey Jr. and two daughters, Dotty (Terry) Burton and Marsha Kluemper all of Washington, stepson, Larry Chesser of Florida and step-daughters Debbie (Pat) O''Haver of Washington and Paula K. Curtain of Indianapolis; five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, six step great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She is preceded in death by her first husband and her second husband, one brother, Billie Lankford, and one step-daughter, Darlene Chesser. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 pm at Ed Lee Mortuary. Burial will follow at New Veale Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 - 1 Wednesday at Ed Lee Mortuary.
