Beverly Gay Bentley age 61 of Washington passed away on Sunday at 11:21 PM at IU Medical Center in Indianapolis. She was born on March 18, 1946 in Jackson County, Alabama to Hop and Jo (Townsend) Thomas. Surviving are her husband, Robert Bentley, Sr.; one daughter and son In-law, Brenda and Scott Nicholson of Washington; one son Robert Bentley Jr. of Evansville; one sister and brother in-law, Fay and Horton Thornton of Washington; and two brothers and sisters in-law, Bill and Betty Thomas of Tennessee, and Pete and Edna Thomas of Alabama. She was preceded in death by her Parents; four sisters, Linda Lambert, Ruby Hicks, Ruth Thomas, and Ollie May Blevins; and two brothers, Kenneth Thomas and Shorty Thomas. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM on Friday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Bro. Scott Dyer officiating. Burial will follow in Sugarland Memory Gardens.
