Betty J. Bouscaren, age 89, of Washington, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018.

She was born on December 12, 1928 in Oakland, California to Stanley and Hilda (Peterson) Corville. She was professional seamstress and talented crafter who enjoyed quilting and braiding rugs. She loved animals and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Bouscaren of Washington, whom she married, August 20, 1948; three sons, Stephen Bouscaren of San Diego, California, Charles Bouscaren of Barstow, California and Peter Bouscaren of Texas; daughter, Christine (Stephen) Steiner of Washington; brother, Richard Corville of Alameda, California; fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Yvonne Evans officiating. Burial will be at St Peter Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday at Ed Lee Mortuary.
