Agnes M. Lamb, age 89, of Washington, passed away at 4:30 AM on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Hillside Manor Nursing Home. She was born on November 25, 1926 in Washington to Roy and Margaret (Alsman) White. She attended Washington schools and worked at American Laundry for over 26 years. She was a member of the Washington VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by three daughters, Connie Rayman of Washington, Barbara Leonard of Jasper, and Sharon Nicholson of Huntingburg; one brother Richard White of Boonville; sisters, Norma Cronin of Chandler, Laura Clements Evansville, Margaret Kay Young of Greenville, Ky. Janet Covington of Greenville, Ky. and Judith Meiners of Lexington, Ky.; nine grandchildren; 22 Great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Lamb on March 5, 2002 whom he had married on March 26, 1946. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Kelly Nicholson; one great granddaughter, Anna; 2 great grandsons, Zachary and Matthew.. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday at Ed Lee Mortuary with Pastor Howard Geck. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.
